Committed sustainably
The question of whether it is possible to operate a party tent in a climate-neutral way can be answered with a resounding YES. Cooperation with regional producers and the reduction of transport routes are concrete measures for climate protection. In addition, we make a voluntary contribution to CO2 compensation.
True to the motto “don't just talk, but act,” the kilometers traveled, which are associated with the transport of the party tent components and the daily delivery of food, are meticulously recorded year after year. The energy consumption generated during the days of the event is also included in the environmental balance of our party tent.
The selection of regional suppliers is also particularly important. For example, all rolls are baked in a nearby bakery.

Our tokens represent a minimum purchase for your reservation. The value can be applied to all food & drinks on the card. We ask for your understanding that a cash payment or payment of differences is not possible. Remaining or expired tokens will not be withdrawn or refunded.
The value check represents a minimum turnover for your reservation and can generally only be redeemed on the printed validity date, after which it expires. All food/drinks ordered are recorded and accepted. Individual billing is not possible. As soon as you want to pay, our service team will set up tent catering. You pay this with the value check. Any additional consumption must be paid locally in cash or with a credit/EC card. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund outstanding amounts.
Your invoice will be sent by email, which you should transfer in compliance with the payment deadline. Our bank details can be found on the invoice, in the footer on the right. After receipt of your payment, the reservation is binding.
We would be happy to send you access bands as well as beer and food stamps within Germany or other European countries (excluding Switzerland & UK) with an insured package after receipt of payment. Alternatively, you can pick up the stamps from our permanent office before the reservation day. It is not possible to send brands and access bands to packing stations, post office boxes or Switzerland & the UK.
Punctuality is key. Please take your seats on time. Paid and therefore finally reserved tables remain valid up to 45 minutes after the reservation time confirmed in writing. In exceptional cases such as traffic jams, cancellations of buses and trains, as well as heavy traffic and visitor volumes on the Wasen in Cannstatt, even longer. If reservation requests require it, we reserve the right to assign you another seat even at short notice.
Lunch reservations on Saturdays: our party tent is completely vacated after the end of the shift. It is therefore necessary to leave the party tent and must be complied with. Staying at bars and corridors is also not permitted for safety reasons.
So-called mother's notes are not accepted by us. Entry to tents is allowed from the age of 16. Young people under 16 years of age may only enter the party tent if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears in inappropriate clothing (e.g. sweatpants, sweatsuits, sportswear).
Traditional festive attire is welcome. We ask you to take this into account.
Of course, you can also visit our party tent without a reservation. However, please understand that depending on how busy the festival tent is, there may be waiting times at the entrances.
Unfortunately, we cannot purchase individual admission bands. These are only available in conjunction with a seat reservation.
A reduction or a complete cancellation of the reservation is possible free of charge, within 14 days (before the start of the party), as long as payment has not yet been made.
Sales tax refund (VAT) forms for members of the US armed forces are accepted. To do this, please send us the signed form by post. We will return the completed copy to you. You can then transfer the net amount. Further information on the procedure is also available via email.
All lost property is brought to the Cannstatter Wasens lost property office the following day.
